Request account deletion

The fastest way to delete your Orin account is in the App: Settings, then Delete account. If you can no longer sign in, use this form to send a manual request.

Use the email address linked to your Orin account.

What happens next

  • We store your email, the time of the request, and its status while the request is pending.
  • This is a manual request. Before any account is deleted, we will check that the request comes from the account owner. Submitting this form does not delete an account on its own.
  • We aim to process verified requests within 30 days.
  • Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the store where you subscribed.
Email confirmation: not yet available. We do not send a confirmation email for this request yet. Email confirmation will be added when an email service is connected.
